[GCARC] HF Antenna Tower Status

To all who may be concerned...  The HF antenna tower has now been raised
back to its full normal height.  This means that full legal power is now
once again usable, via the amplifier.  All normal function has now been
restored.  Please remember to reserve radio time using the Clubhouse
calendar.
