[GCARC] HF Tower Status

Due to the forecast incoming high winds associated with the approaching
storm, we have once again lowered the HF tower to about half of its normal
full height.  As a result,the following restrictions are in effect:

   - Amplifier use is prohibited;
   - 160m, 80m, 60m, 30m, 17m, 12m, and 6m bands are unavailable for use;
   and
   - Maximum power on the 40m, 20m, 15m, and 10m bands is limited to *50%
   of the normal full maximum power.*

Thank you for your coöperation and understanding during this unavoidable
period of reduced radio capability.  We will keep you informed as to any
changes as they occur.
