[GCARC] Field Day - Weekend Schedule around clubhouse

Field Day 2025 - is almost here!
Here's a brief schedule, so know what to expect.

Have fun, but safety first.
HT tuned to 147.540 MHz simplex for on-site comms.

Reminder: NO DRIVING ACROSS FIELDS.
When visiting, stay on the paved road, our entrance way to parking in front
of clubhouse, and the dirt road that loops behind clubhouse only, please,
for your safety, and the safety of our stations.

What to expect:  schedule.
Friday June 27
   Campers roll in, station setup may begin
Saturday June 28
   Morning – Friday’s station setup continues
   Noon – lunch break
   1pm – mandatory for radio chairs meeting @clubhouse
   2pm – GOTA and all go live! (18:00 UTC). Visitors' greeting table open.
Do stop by!
   Everyone is welcome!
   3pm – bonus education activity in air-conditioned clubhouse.  Everyone
invited
   4pm – visitors, tours, all afternoon
   5pm – dinner for operators
   6pm – dinner for operators, and others on site
   8:32pm Sunset, twilight ends by 9pm
   Snacks in Clubhouse, open all night
Sunday June 29
   5:33am Sunrise
   7am - breakfast for operators
   Noon - some stations start teardown early
   2pm - end of the 24 hours. All stations shut down, off air
   All stations have logs collected before leave field day site
   4pm - expected teardown complete
Wednesday July 2
   @club meeting (free pizza night) - share your stories and scores
