[GCARC] Field Day T-shirts Update

Due to a conflict with the ink and blank colors, I have not been very happy with the results of the silk screened T-shirts. The logo is green rather than yellow, and I’m not set up for the kind of ink that will be opaque on a darker shirt.

I’d like to do the shirts over again with a different process, namely DTF transfer. If you have seen the logo on the club hoodies or WB2MNF’s golf shirt, that is a DTF transfer.

The end result is the shirts will be a bit more expensive at $24 per shirt as DTF is a more expensive but higher quality process.

I can offer personalization (name and call sign across the back shoulder, sports jersey style) for an additional $10 per shirt.

The shirt vendor has plenty of stock and the DTF turn around is very quick.

I’m going to place the order Monday morning and I’ll be able to deliver at Field Day.
