[GCARC] GB13COL English station for 13 Colonies

If anyone is in need of this station, they are currently on 30M, 10.136 MHz FT8.

This station has been the subject or ridicule on the spotter. Seemed poorly run. Many people were in need of this station for a sweep. At one point earlier this evening, they guy was DXing on DStar (I cannot make this up). Considering the amount of people needing him, DStar was a poor choice to DX on.
