[GCARC] Import Club roster list into Google Contacts

If anyone uses Google Contacts, Len Rust, W2LJR has created an import file
that can be used to import the latest club roster. He created a group called
GCARC and imported this file into that group, and it works great. He does it
every month, that way he always have the latest list on his phone. It only
takes a few minutes to cut and paste the columns from the roster into this.
