[GCARC] 2M Repeater Down

I will attempt to make arrangements to get into the water tower tomorrow,
but it is not very likely, as Pitman Public Works Department is normally
dark on Fridays.  Of course, with the holiday having occurred on Wednesday
this week, they may be operational tomorrow.

Either way, I will post back with the results in the morning...
