Happy 2025 Everyone!

Below is a rough schedule for the Red Cross Trailer to make it ready for the
Winter Field Day on January 25th.

First, look at the attached photo. You will see the insulation in the
ceiling, one of the new Workbenches, and the new folding chairs.

Week of Dec 30:

1.	Finish the ceiling insulation
2.	Paint and install the ceiling panels
3.	Assemble and Secure the second workbench

Week of Jan 6:

1.	On Jan 8th, we'll transport the EmComm POD from Cooper Medical
Center to the Washington Township Fire Department (WTFD), where the Trailer
is stored.
2.	Disassemble the POD. Install and test radios, antennas, batteries,
generator, and anything else we can use in the trailer.

Week of Jan 13th:

1.	Build a shelf over the two Workbenches, to secure the radios
2.	Make sure that we have a tow vehicle from the Red Cross, to move the
trailer to the GCARC

Week of Jan 20th:

1.	Complete tasks that might have been delayed
2.	On Jan 25th, Tow the Trailer to the GCARC
3.	Stabilize the Trailer using cocks, start the generator for the space
heater. Start the second generator for the radios and activate each of the
stations.
4.	We would like to have a veteran Field Day Operator giving
instructions to two or three new Field Day operators, at a time. This is
not a busy event and should be a perfect opportunity for training.
5.	I'd like to get the Trailer locked down at the WTFD before it gets
dark.

We have a lot of work to do before the 25th and I would really like to make
this a Team Effort. So, if you have a few hours on the weekend or a
weekday, please let me know when you are available, and we can schedule
around your availability.

Let's make some fun and get to know each other better.

Bob (KD2NEC)
