[GCARC] HF Antenna / Tower Status

Attention all members...  The HF antenna tower has just been raised to it
full operating height.  Effective immediately, full legal output power is
now permitted on all bands.  The Clubhouse Calendar reflects this
condition.  Thank you for your patience and understanding during this most
recent period of extremely high winds.
