Wow, amazing condx all bands, except 160 was not that good for me. I did manage
a few EU stations Fri evening for 20 mults on that band. Incredible runs on all
bands 10-80m at various times. Sat night saw a great run on 80m. Both nights
great runs on 40m for EU, worked every mult I could hear. 40m opened to EU early
on Sun afternoon about 330P, and had a great run going then.
A number of stations were worked on 6 bands, many on 5, that hasn't happened in
awhile. 5Z4VJ on 4 bands, ZP6/N3BNA on 4 bands, VP9I and several others on 6
bands. The pair of new crankup towers and yagis are gamechangers at this QTH.
Leaving the 2nd high band yagi on South America/Carib works great, I just press
2 buttons back and forth on the auto-switch, and instant direction change. The
big yagi stays on EU and turns for Asia.
Made my goal of 2000Qs in the final hour. Would have easily made 3meg if I
didn't lose 2hours prime morning 10m run time Sun AM due to a tenant emergency.
This score is a lifetime high from the home QTH.
See u all in 2 weeks for ARRL DX SSB!
