FYI, on Feb. 12 the Fair Lawn ARC facilitated a contact between students in Clifton, NJ with the ISS.

Hello FLARC friends,

 

This coming Wednesday 2/12/2025 FLARC will be providing radio communications for a live contact between former students of the Immaculate Heart of Mary school in Wayne, NJ (the school was closed by the diocese in June 2024,) and Astronaut Don Pettit aboard the International Space Station. The contact will be held at the Clifton Arts and Sculpture Center in Clifton NJ. Seating will be very limited due to the small venue with only parents and teachers in the contact room. There is limited standing room in the attached art gallery room so please enjoy this event via the livestream on YouTube. Details below.

 

The event will be live streamed on YouTube by Ria Jairam N2RJ. The livestream will start at 11:00AM and the live contact will begin shortly after 1:10PM. The link follows. Copy and paste this link into your web browser and witness history being made!
