[GCARC] Remote HF Staton Status

Effective immediately and continuing until further notice, the GCARC Remote
HF Station and the co-located local HF station are out of service and
therefore are off the air.  This is due to the extremely high wind speeds
that are forecast for our area throughout today and into tomorrow
afternoon.  An email will be sent when the systems are restored to normal
operation.
