[GCARC] Icom 7300MK2

It has some really nice improvements, like a RX Ant In/Out jack, HDMI
display output (with audio!), and a CW decoder, among others.   The only
question is, how much?   The 7300 has always been a great value.  It will
be interesting to see if that continues to be  true.
