[GCARC] Awesome radio that I want

Hello everybody.

So I don't know if this existed but is their a radio that has theses capibilities?

- Receive on 88-108MHz FM (FM radio broadcast)
- Receive on 162.400-162.550 FM (NOAA weather radio)
- Receive/Transmit on 118-136.975 AM (Aviation frequency's)
- Receive/Transmit on 144-148 FM (2-meter band)

Also I would need it to be handheld with 5+ watts of output power.
If anybody knows a radio like this that would help a lot! Thanks in advance.
