[GCARC] Don't charge your TidRadio H3 with the charging dock with the radio attached

Some members have purchased the TidRadio H3 in advance of the Tech Saturday session on August 9 but Stan WA2JRZ had an issue that warrants a warning about charging that radio's battery in the charging dock with the radio attached. Stan found that his radio had stopped transmitting after doing that and found several online reports suggesting that the battery doesn't limit voltage to the attached radio when in that dock, causing the radio to fail. Stan noted that the radio was failing to put out power (as measured by a wattmeter) even though the LCD panel indicated that it was transmitting.
The alternative recommendations are (a) charge the battery in the dock WITHOUT the radio attached, or (b) use the USB-C cable to charge the battery. A video describing this issue is here: I Will NEVER Do This Again | Tidradio TD-H3<https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-sJYgeC-BvQ>
Hopefully no other members will have this unfortunate result, and thanks for Stan for making us aware of it. Hopefully we'll have a good turnout on Tech Saturday on August 9 for a larger discussion about this radio.
