[GCARC] HF Remote Station Status

Effective immediately and for technical reasons, the GCARC HF remote
station is out-of-service until further notice.  We are experiencing some
problems with the audio, the rotator, and with general connectivity at this
point.  It will be looked at tomorrow (Saturday, 26 April) with an eye
towards restoring full operational status.

I apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause, and I thank you for
your patience and understanding as we work to remedy the problems.
