[GCARC] GCARC Power Indicating Dummy Load / Wattmeter Group Build Project

Hello folks...  Here I am once again reaching out to see if anyone else
wants to sign up for the Dummy Load / wattmeter group build session.  I
currently have as nmany as ten more kits available, so we can take several
more reservations.  ALso... It looks as if I might have to split this into
a two-weekend build affair, as I already have fifteen signed up, which is
actually more than the limit for a single session.  As such, that would
then open up Saturday, 17 May 2025 as a second build date.  This may make
it possible for those who cannot attend on 10 May to participate by opting
for this second date.
