[GCARC] Need help installing my antenna updates plus request for help for phase 1 site Survey

Hello,

   I would like to thank everyone who responded to my request for help
installing my new hustler 5 btv.  I was a bit slow in responding to the
emails and I apologize.  Working 40 hours in the office is exhausting.

*Thank you Al KB2AYU and Lee WA2LH who have offered to help with the
installation at my house in Galloway*.  I am still interested in 2 days, *both
will be during the week and not the weekend*.  The *first day will be the
site survey day*.   My brother has me busy on the weekend helping him
remove his stuff from his former residence now that he is divorced.

Thank you to Tony Starr K3TS for the great article in January's Cross Talk on
installing your Hustler 5 BTV and to Steve Farney W2SEF for providing info
and pictures prior to my email request.  I'd also like to thank everyone
that has encouraged me during the Thursday evening Rag Chews, especially
Jeff Garth WB2ZBN and Gary Mirkin WA3SVW.

My plan is to do the site survey in mid to late April/Early May.  I want to
pick out the site and verify how much feed line, and other items I need to
procure before the second day - *the antenna install which will hopefully
be sometime after mid May*.   *I can't wait to begin making HF contacts!*

I will send another email with my lists of items I will need to buy/borrow,
etc. , but I wanted to get an updated email out.   I will be sending an
email out with the list of items next week.   *Please reach out if you want
to help me with phase 1 - picking the site *and verifying what I need to do
before step 2.  Phase 1 dates I can take off work for: April 24, April 28,
April 30, May 1, May 5, May 7, May 8. I believe Al said he can't do Mondays
or Thursdays so that removes some dates.

 The remaining dates are *April 30 and May 7. Let me know if those dates
would work. (especially Al and Lee, but anyone that wants to help)*

 Step 2 will be actually installing the antenna in mid to late May.

Apologies if I left anyone out - it was not intentional.
