[GCARC] Fwd: VHF Contest Rove Plans AA2SD/R This Weekend Work Me Over 4 Grid Squares

For our members who will be participating in the VHF Contest this 
weekend, be sure to keep an ear out and work Scott, AA2SD, who will be 
working the contest as a rover.  Scott plans to activate a total of 5 
grids for the contest and you have the opportunity to work him in all 5 
grids.  His full travel plans are outlined below, and you will also be 
able to track his travels via APRS during the rove.

Scott is a local who has been very active with VHF Contest Roving and 
with Parks on the Air.  In addition, Scott recently applied for 
membership to our club so look for him in future club meetings and 
events.

I will be Roving to (4) High Elevation Areas in the Poconos on 4 bands  
FN21HB - FN11WA- FN10XX - FN20DV- FM29MT - listen for me on the 
following bands 144.203 - 50.128  221.103 432.203    +/- based on band 
conditions.

I will primarily start on 6 mtr or 2 Mtrs, and run the other bands once 
contact is established. My timing and schedule is based on weather and 
travel conditions.
