Looking for something to do before the debate on TV?
There's a visible pass of ISS tonight, and skies look clear.
8:47pm find the moon in the South-West.
Just to the left of it, should see a bright dot rising in the sky.
by 8:51 it will be near overhead
before the reflecting sunlight off of the ISS disappears as the ISS enters
the Earth's shadow.

As a Ham, want to try for a qso off of the repeater on board the ISS?
The downlink frequency for the International Space Station (ISS) cross-band
repeater is 437.800 MHz. The uplink frequency is 145.990 MHz with a 67 Hz
tone

have fun if try and see (or hear) it,
Jim
