[GCARC] Hamfest Simplex Frequency

To all the volunteer Club members helping out at the Hamfest, please bring
an HT and tune it to 147.540 MHz Simplex. It will be needed to relay
announcements such as vendor and customer parking, handicap parking,
weather, etc.
