Dear Fellow Club Members,

Allow me to reiterate Jon's message from earlier this afternoon that the
Club House will be closed this Saturday the 19th to all normal activities.
This is for both space and safety reasons. Normal activities will resume on
the 26th.

This weekend we are doing the 'big dig'; digging the foundations for our two
new towers. We are in need of some extra able-bodied hands and a few pieces
of common equipment. We will be excavating a minimum of 15 cubic yards of
dirt and the challenge is what to do with it. Some of it should be used to
fill in low spots around the Club House caused by prior trenching. This
will make walking safer as well as make the Club House more appealing.
Similarly, some of the dirt will be set aside for future fill-in related to
the new tower cables and the Perimeter Ground around the Club House.

The actual excavation of the tower foundations will be carried out by a
skilled operator using rented heavy duty equipment. We are still going to
need some additional help. We would like to have one or two more
wheelbarrows to help move some of the dirt around plus about six steel rakes
with attached operators to distribute the dirt. And, of course, two or
three flat square shovels would also be very helpful.

We promise not to over work you. We will, most likely, feed you lunch!

The best part is that your part of this fun activity is scheduled to start
on Saturday at 8:00 AM. Please let me know if you can participate and what
equipment can you bring. Be aware that spectators are likely to be handed a
rake or shovel as the need arises.

This is a big deal and we have worked hard to arrive at this point. Your
assistance would be most appreciated. Please let me know at ron at wrblock.com
if you can participate and what equipment you are going to bring. Your
response is also your lunch reservation!

See you there,

Ron, NR2B
