      Al KB2AYU is installing my Force 12 C31XR yagi (14 elements, 31ft boom) this Wed at 10A. Looking for 1 or 2 helpers as ground crew.
Al will be on the tower. One needed to operate the power winch on his truck (this will raise the assembled antenna up the tower so Al can reach it and mount it on the mast). It would be nice to have a 3rd person manning a rope to keep the yagi stable as it's being raised.
      It's going on the Hygain HG-52SS crankup tower. The manual winch was removed and it is now motorized with a Harbor Freight hoist.
 
I just put up a 40m XM-240 Cushcraft yagi last week on a 75ft crankup/tiltover tower, no climber needed (an NN4ZZ Tiltplate was acquired. This keeps the yagi horizontal as it's being raised and lowered. Works like a charm!).  This tower was converted to an electric hoist as well. First QSO with the yagi was ZS6CCY who gave me 59+20db (my dipole was only 59).
 
The AB-577 with the Force 12 C3SS and 6m yagi will remain in place.
