[GCARC] 2024 Field Day

All,

30 Days Until Field Day! Saturday, June 22 and Sunday, June 23.

 

I am looking for volunteers to help with the Culinary Support Staff.

1.       I need help with setting up, preparing, cooking, and serving the
food on both Saturday and Sunday.

2.       I need donations of food : Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Rolls, Side
Dishes, Desserts, Salads, Soda, Water, etc.

 

We will have subs for Saturday lunch. They will be ordered from Verchio's,
but might need picking up on Saturday morning.

 

Saturday Dinner : We will need someone to handle the BBQ to cook the
hamburgers and hot dogs.

 

The Sunday Breakfast will be scrambled eggs, hash browns, and sausage.
Please let me know if someone would like to donate the eggs like was done
last year.

 

Come on people! I know you are out there and want to help! Please let me
know what you can offer!
