[GCARC] Field Day Food/Supply/Help Donations

All,

6 DAYS UNTIL FIELD DAY!

 

A BIG Thank You to all my fellow Club members who offered donations to Field
Day meals.

 

Now it comes down to the nitty-gritty! If any of you CANNOT supply your
donation, whatever it is, Food, Help, Etc. PLEASE, if you can, do not wait
until the last minute to let me know!

 

It looks like we have great menu lined up for both days. 

 

I still NEED help cooking Sunday morning breakfast.

 

I will NEED help Saturday morning getting tables, trash cans, cooler, and
the BBQ setup.

 

FYI.All operators and staff must have an HT tuned to 147.540 MHz simplex.
This is to provide announcements and notifications in case of approaching
bad weather, meeting, etc.
