[GCARC] VP9I (op AB2E) ARRL DX CW

Hi Bill,
I will be on VP9 14-19Feb for ARRL DX CW (using VP9I during the contest). Using AB2E/VP9 before/after the contest, mainly CW, some FT8, focus on WARC, low bands. QSL VP9I via WW3S, QSL AB2E/VP9 via home call.
