[GCARC] HF, bats, azimuth

The bearings listed in QRZ for a station are correct for the HF Station.  N1MM+ lists these bearings if a Telnet connection is enabled.  Point the beam at 45 degrees for Europe.  It is not uncommon the hear stions off the back of the beam.
