[GCARC] Clubhouse update Sat 1/20

It's pretty clear - the main road to the fairgrounds has had some traffic so it's flattened down a bit. I had no trouble with my 4WD SUV and Chris got here with his front-wheel-drive car. The steps are cleared and salted so most people should be able to get here without issues. There are no scheduled events today other than a budget committee meeting at noon but members are welcome to stop by as always.
