[GCARC] HF tower still down

The HF tower is still down. Every time someone has been at the 
Clubhouse, it has been too windy to raise it.

It looks like tomorrow (Sat) will be too windy as well.

We will be at the Clubhouse both Sat and Sun running the VHF contest.

If winds allow, we will get the tower back up sometime this weekend.
