Greetings GCARC!

As I have recently retired, the XYL and I are relocating, per our original
agreement (I had to promise her that I would get her out of NJ as soon as
my career here ended, and it was the only way she would marry me). As such,
we have put our house up for sale, and I will have to take down my tower
and all of my antennas, UNLESS I find a buyer who happens to be a ham. Much
as I would hate to lose all of this hardware, such an arrangement would
save me a lot of work.  So I am putting the word out:  If any of you knows
of a ham who is looking for a home in Gloucester County, and would like to
buy one with a turnkey antenna system, please give me a call or e-mail, per
my listing in the club roster. I realize this is a longshot, but you never
know.  I am intentionally withholding any details on the property because I
am not trying to market the property here, just putting the word out to my
fellow local hams. The only detail I will divulge is this one:  NO HOA!
