John & anyone interested in practicing CW,
A really great program to practice CW at any level (starts at 10wpm) is Morse Runner.

It's totally configurable, you can select 1 sender or many senders up to 9 (simulates a contest with multiple people calling you, different speeds, even "lids"), also has QRM, flutter, and will sound like a real receiver with noise.

It's a really cool tool,check it out.
