[GCARC] Windows 11 Deal

[MARK GOTTLIEB KK2L]

I never dealt with them before.  But, various Microsoft deals are going on right now.  GroupOn has the same deal, below, and I don't have a problem with dealing with them.  I purchased several versions of Microsoft Office for Mac and Windows from GroupOn with no issues.
