[GCARC] Callsign change

I said I would never do it, but after 61 years as WB2GUK, I decided to
apply for a vanity callsign and received my confirmation.

As of today, 8/23/2024, WB2GUK has been replaced by NE2R.
A nice CW weight of 40.

My new email is ARS.NE2R at gmail.com.

Any email from hrs.wb2guk at gmail.com will forward to the new email.

Now the process of figuring out what's automatically updated and what I
have to manually do.

I wonder how many times I'm going to reflex reply with the wrong call.
