[GCARC] Tree down at 4H

All,

According to Lee Marino (who called me and I called Ron Block), a tree has
fallen along the road to the 4H fairgrounds knocking down power lines. The
Clubhouse power appears to unaffected. The lines are down after where our
lines come over from the street.

Ron will investigate further and notify Jennifer Coles of the 4H.
