Fred Barnum Presents: The History & Impact of RCA in South Jersey.
Fred Barnum will share the captivating narrative of the 20th Century communications industry in the United States, highlighting the roles of key pioneers such as the Victor Talking Machine Company (VTMC), Radio Corporation of America (RCA), and General Electric Company (GE).
Fred has been best known to the public as the author of His Master's Voice In America, a sprawling illustrated history of the enterprise that began in 1901 as the Victor Talking Machine Company, then became RCA-Victor, which later became RCA before it was acquired by GE
Rowan University Campus Glassboro NJ.
Building 15. Bozorth Hall. Visitor's Parking is in Lot H. There is a guard booth at the Rowan entrance off of Rt 322. Bozorth Hall is across the Green and only a short walk from the guard booth. Parking will be available in the visitors area or in a lot closer to Bozorth Hall.
