[GCARC] FS USTower HDX-538 38ft Crankup tower

Hi all,
Many of my plans have changed, and accordingly I am selling a USTower HDX-538 38ft crankup tower w/USTower T-base, plus new anchor J-bolts for the base installation. This is currently selling for over $6,000 at HamRadioOutlet.
 
Many advantages to this tower.
#1 - heavy duty, rated at 30sqft wind-loading of antennas. You can easily mount a big tribander like the club has at 4H + a 2 el shorty 40 yagi with room to spare.
#2 - many towns now will not hassle you on a tower permit if it stays in the 35-40ft range (depending on town it varies).
#3 install next to your house, or hide it most of the time by installing along the back of your house. Only 20ft tall nested.
 
For a GCARC buyer, I will assist you on your installation. I have a reliable and reasonable who can dig the base, make the rebars, and cement it and the only cheaper way would be to do it yourself (hard work). I also have a local hauler who can transport it to your house for a reasonable fee, but you can do it yourself with a 15ft or so flatbed trailer.
