[GCARC] Satellite Az-El Rotator Controller

The Yaesu G-5500 rotator controller is now repaired and operational.  It is
installed back into place at the Clubhouse and is ready for use.  Among
other problems, the main power switch had  broken internally and has been
repaired.  However, it is subject to possible future failure.  A
replacement switch is already ordered from Yaesu and is en route to my
address.  It will be a quick on-site repair if that switch should fail
again.
