[GCARC] Remote HF Station KPA1500

Mysteriously normal operation was restored after about three days.  This has happened before.  Suspect that "Forcing a Firmware Load" (Manual, p-38) occurred automatically to correct the problem. The next time that I am notified of a a similar issue, I will force a firmware load manually to verify that this is the case.
