[GCARC] MOTOTRBO CPS 2.0

Good Evening All,
 
Is there anyone who has experience programming MotoTRBO CPS 2.0?  I have at least 5 years with 1.0 but I am having an issue accessing the local Waterford or Philly DMR repeaters.  I have no issue with my hotspot or Analog repeaters using the 2.0 codeplug.  I am getting a Prohibit tone when I PTT for the WR3IRS repeaters.  I have compared the 1.0 & 2.0 code plugs and they're exactly the same.  I have also checked the repeaters with another radio and all is well with them.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.  I must be missing something simple to cause this.
