[GCARC] POTA

I bought a qrp-labs qdx.  It works in the shack.  I'm hoping to get it into
a park and try it out.  I have a raspberry pi setup and batteries to run
the software.  I'm working on a uBitx V6 for ssb.  This stuff is so
much fun.
