[GCARC] AB2E/VP9 30m FT8 now

@Darrel,have you considered something faster than FT8, like FT4?
I used FT4 (on the default FT4 frequency for each band) in last year field
day, and got much higher qso count/hour.
Also kept me on my toes!  FT8 is like watching paint drying sometimes
