[GCARC] Ham-M rotor 8 pin plug needed for VP9GE

Hi Dennis,
Thanks for the tip. I won't have a car or scooter, so will rely on taxi (or possibly my host Ed VP9GE), I'll be in Hamilton most of the time.

Last time I was there was 1987.
