[GCARC] Fox Hunt Area Revised

As a result of a couple of comments about the search area being too large,
I have revised the target area as follows:

*The search area is bounded by a line starting at the intersection of
US-322 and Lambs Road, running northeast on Lambs Road to Delsea Drive,
where Lambs Road becomes Hurffville-Grenloch Road. The line continues
northeast on Hurffville-Grenloch Road to the intersection with
Hurffville-Cross Keys Road, where the line turns right and proceeds
southeast on Hurffville-Cross Keys Road to the intersection with Fries Mill
Road.  At Fries Mill Road, the line turns right and proceeds south on Fries
Mill Road to the intersection with Glassboro-Cross Keys Road, where the
line turns right agan and proceeds west on Glassboro-Cross Keys Road.  The
line continues along Glassboro-Cross Keys Road into Glassboro, where it
becomes New Street.  The line continues on New Street to the intersection
with Delsea Drive, where it turns right and proceeds north on Delsea Drive
a short distance to US-322, where it turns left and continues west back to
the starting point at Lambs Road.*
