[GCARC] Fox Hunt Information

This will be challenging because of the large search area. One can 
easily be out of range of any signal.

There are two ways to go about this. One is to roll the dice and start 
near one of the likely public parks on the map.

The other is to start near the center of the search area and hope you 
can get a signal for an initial heading.

If neither of those work, you will have to start driving in a large loop 
within the search area.
