[GCARC] HF station

[Al KB2AYU]

It was still too windy to put the HF tower back up Wednesday evening.

It will be Saturday morning before it goes back up.

The station can be used on 10, 15, 20 and 40, but performance will be 
reduced because of the low antenna height.

DO NOT use any other bands that are on the horizontal loop!
