[GCARC] 2M repeater and/or echo link issues

Hello,

   The 2m repeater was so noisy it rendered tonight's 2M net unenjoyable.
 I am very disappointed that I could not participate in the 2M net two
weeks in a row.  Last week echo link did not work and this week the
repeater and echo link did not work.  Perhaps we should go back to the old
PC?

  I am supposed to be net control next week, but if things continue as they
are no one will be able to hear me.
