Subject: Your Field Day highlights in Crosstalk!

 

Another great GCARC Field Day is in the books! Despite the ongoing threat of
rain, a torrential shower on Saturday afternoon, and the ongoing annoyance
of the Winefest, our event had great participation from dozens of hams,
family members, and friends. And we each have stories to tell about our
experiences, so here's your chance to add to the ongoing record of this
event. Simply write a paragraph about your experience at Field Day, whether
as an operator, support person, visitor or family member and email it to
Jeff Garth at djgrath1 at gmail.com . And feel free to cajole non-ham family
members who attended with you to give their opinions about the event. Send
it to Jeff by TOMORROW EVENING (Tuesday) so it can be included in the July
issue.

 

Also - please send any photos that you took (or a link to an online library
if there are too many to email) to me so that I can include them in a
slideshow for the July general membership meeting. I'll also provide them to
Jeff for Crosstalk and the website.
