[GCARC] Roping of property

Vinnie,

I plan on being at the Club House on Friday to monitor the goings-on.  The
4-H folks are aware of the property line and will keep it clear.  We have no
direct control over the rope-line since this is a 4-H activity.  

I don't anticipate any issues.  Our relationship with the 4-H is good and
cooperative.

I am requesting that the property be roped off no later than Wed. If we go
later than that, I worry that the tent people will "unknowingly" and
accidentally erect tents on our side of the line. We are going to set up Fri
afternoon, so the property needs to be clear for Friday.

Also, please make sure the grass has been cut. It is usually cut by
Thursday.
