[GCARC] Roping of proptlerty

I am requesting that the property be roped off no later than Wed. If we go later than that, I worry that the tent people will "unknowingly" and accidentally erect tents on our side of the line. We are going to set up Fri afternoon, so the property needs to be clear for Friday.

Also, please make sure the grass has been cut. It is usually cut by Thursday.
