Well it is that time year again, 17 days until Field Day. I am looking food
donations for Saturday lunch, Saturday night dinner, and Sunday morning
breakfast. Such side dishes as baked beans, salads (potato, macaroni, pasta,
green, etc.), and whatever your little heart can provide. And don't forget
desserts, whatever you can come up with.

 

The main dinner course so far will be hamburgers and hot dogs. If someone
wants to provide another main course, it will be gladly accepted.

 

Here is the meal schedule so far :

Saturday lunch : Subs (Donations accepted for add-ons to the lunch menu)

Saturday night dinner : Hamburgers, hot dog, side dishes, etc.

Sunday morning breakfast : Eggs, sausage, hash browns, etc. (Donations
accepted for add-ons to the breakfast menu)

 

I also need volunteers to help setup and cleanup for both days. Someone do
the BBQing. Someone to help setup tables, coolers, etc. Someone to get ice,
water, soda, etc. You know the labor intensive stuff that us old farts can't
do anymore.

 

If you want, we can setup a work schedule for a particular hour or day.

 

I know some have already said they will help and/or bring something, to
those people, please e-mail me so I can get you on the head of the list.
